Stage 2 further develops students’ writing skills and technical ability in planning, structuring, and analysing effective writing. Increased focus is placed on generating ideas and making writing interesting through added detail, enhanced vocabulary, and more advanced figures of speech.

Broadening their vocabulary, adding more detail and focusing more on the protagonist journey through the child's writing.
